The Job:

• Provide on-site service in maintenance and installation of high-speed cheque processors & sorters, control PCs & servers, SAN storage as well as the associated network equipment at client sites;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of quality services to fulfill the requirements according to the service levels;
• On call standby and working in afterhours are required.

The Person:

• Higher Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• 2 – 3 years' experience in field servicing and maintaining multi-function printers / copiers, servers and peripheral devices; Experience in servicing ATMs is an advantage;
• Good knowledge in Windows systems and LAN configuration; Holder of MCSE and/or CCNA Certification is an advantage;
• Hard working, independent and team oriented;
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
