The Job:

• Provide on-site service and support in maintenance and installation of Storage Area Network (SAN) / Networked Disk Storages and Tape Library Systems at client sites;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services to fulfill the requirements according to the service levels;
• On call standby and working in afterhours are required.

 
The Person:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronic and Information Engineering or equivalent; Holder of a degree in Engineering / Computing is an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in field servicing and supporting servers and peripherals;
• Good knowledge in Windows 2003 / 2008 and good technical background in supporting relevant hardware and system software; Holder of MCSE, CCNP / CCNA and/or Sun Solaris Certification is an advantage;
• Hard working, independent and team oriented;
• Good command of English and Cantonese (both written and verbal).
