Job Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for :
- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with communications with customers and suppliers
- Maintain proper filing system
- General accounting works
- Other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary
Requirements :
- Accounting or Finance Diploma or above, LCCI Level 3
- Minimum 3 years or above of related working experience preferably in a company with trading background
- Good PC Skill, proficient in Excel is a Must.
- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent written English
- Well-organized, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, independent, responsible and able to work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available
