Job Duties:

• Directly report to the Director
• Be responsible for the smooth functioning and management of the warehouse / office operations;
• Provide recommendation and to implement best operational practices;
• Lead and drive continuous improvements for achieving business excellence
• Provide guidance and to monitor the performance of staff
• Formulate budget and to monitor P/L performance;
• Develop and execute business plan as appropriate

Requirements:

• University degree in Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 2 years’ hands-on experiences in event/project management with at least 10 years at managerial level;
• Self-driven, result-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical mind;
• Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal. Putonghua speaking is definite advantage;
• Knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage;
• Work independently with good management skill
• Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility;  
• Immediate availability will be highly preferred.
