• Assist in Accounts Payables operation
• Communicate to teams outside Finance, the payment process to ensure payments settled in time
• Monitor the account payable cycle in compliance with group policies
• Follow up and resolve payment issues with vendors/suppliers and internal departments
• Review expenses transactions and perform analysis as well as bill verification
• Maintain account payable record
• Monitor the banking and cash position
• Provide support on month-end closing and monthly financial reports preparation

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting Studies or equivalent
• 1 year or above relevant accounting experience
• Good PC knowledge. Experience in accounting program (e.g. QuickBook)
• Aggressive, pleasant, hardworking
