Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, perform routine accounting duties from data entry to year end closing
• Handle inter-company current accounts reconciliation
• Handle year-end audit
• Responsible for handling of management accounts and project cost analysis, budget forecast and relevant reports on regular basic
• Liaise with Banks for banking facility
• Other tasks as per Management's requirement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in manufacturing & trading business is preferred
• Diploma or above in accounting discipline or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience in Peachtree Accounting Software is a MUST
• Familiar with MS applications especially in Excel
• Responsible, well-organized, attentive to details and able to meet tight schedules
• Independent and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Potonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
