Responsibilities

• Oversee complaint handling procedure and investigate Motor insurance complaints, with regular updates to management;
• Organise and conduct compliance trainings for the Automotive team, e.g. Anti-Trust, Sanctions, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud;
• Liaise with Accounting Department to prepare monthly financial reports for the Automotive business;
• Analyse Automotive business state of health and assist management in cost control to achieve profitability improvement;
• Assist in reviewing and implementing operational / internal control procedures for Automotive business;
• Liaise with Business Development, Claims and Operations to achieve set objectives in the assurance of internal control and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years' compliance / internal audit experience, general insurance experience is a MUST;
• Degree preferably holder in Law, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Self-motivated, independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken English and Chinese.
