Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for our group companies;
• Lead a team of 3 to 4 members on daily accounting duties including invoice issuing, accounts receivable, credit control, payment, budgeting, forecast, financial analysis and designated reporting etc;
• Liaise with auditors, stocktake arrangement and the preparation of schedules;
• Prepare and implement accounting and internal control procedures;
• Hold regular meetings with team members and other departments in resolving daily issues;
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years experience in supervising experience;
• Experience in accounting software is essential;
• Good computer skills including Excel;
• Experience on managing high volume of active accounts;
• Well-organized with good time management;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivation, hard-working, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure and overtime;
• Good communication with internal or external parties;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
