• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline.
• Provide executive and professional support to Director in various functional areas, business projects and daily operations.
• Assist Director to strengthen business development, maintain business relationships with the potential licensees & distributors.
• Liaise with various operation / business units to report to Director on progress of the work and coordinate & implement different business activities with internal and external parties.
• Handle ad-hoc issues and carry out special work projects related to the company operations, prepare statistical and operational reports.
• Prepare periodical reports, analysis, statistics, correspondence & presentation.
• Min 3-4 years PA experience gaining from commercial field in a sizable organization, with sales & marketing experience is definitely an advantage.
• The candidate must be an out-going person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
