Responsibilities:

A. Perform daily accounting operations including vouchers input, arranging payment, cash flow statement and bank reconciliation
B. Assist to prepare monthly financial statement and PRC monthly financial statement.
C. Assist to draft daily offical documents, administration reporting and documents for parent company.
D. Handle, operate and coordinate with parent company in PRC information system.
E. Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• F.6 or above, LCCI Higher level or Diploma holder in Accounting, 2-3 years account working experience in trading industry is preferable
• Good command of written in Chinese and English, fluency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, China background is preferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
• Sound knowledge of IT and application software such as MS Excel, Word
• Self-initiative and detail minded
