THE RESPONSIBILITY

The Accounting Manager will be based in Shenzhen and be carrying out the following responsibility:

• Direct report to the Group Finance Director
• Manage accounting department to ensure smooth operations
• Formulate and set policies, operating procedures and control process risk
• Manage daily accounting duties 
• Prepare and analyze financial planning and budgeting for management’s review
• Maintain all accounts and books with banks and other parties
• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements to management
• Provide schedules, reports and data to management and other department
• Liaise with various professionals to support various regulatory compliance
• Responsible for annual audit and tax compliances

The Investment Manager will be carrying out the following responsibility:

• Direct report to the Chief Financial Officer
• Handle corporate finance projects including equity investment or M&A
• Perform investment due diligence duties, commercial analysis and risk management to validate investment
• Build up strong team in newly build investment arm and give directions to team members
• Coordinate with internal department and professional / external parties in executing corporate finance projects
• Screening and analyzing investment opportunities in terms of business, industry, financial and valuation to facilitate investment decision
• Regularly collect and analyze relevant market and industry information
• Provide professional and comprehensive support to identify, review investment proposal, conduct research & financial analysis and give recommendation when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

The Accounting Manager-

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA
• At least 5 years practical experiences
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, report writing, presentation and consultative skills with ability to communicate well at all levels
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Proficient in Excel, Words, and accounting software programs

The Investment Manager-

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines or with professional qualification
• At least 5 years of corporate finance or investment banking working experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Assertive with excellent interpersonal skills and confident in working with multiple business partners
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines, and required to travel
