Responsibilities:

• Managing Credit control and collection
• Make telephone calls to our customers for collecting overdue payment
• Perform daily Credit activities such as coordinating with related parties to resolve Credit and billing issues
• Prepare some tailor-made collection reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 1 year experience in credit or accounting field
• Good communication, telephone handling skills
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and with typing speed at 40 wpm
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Credit Control Supervisor: 5 years relevant working experience which 2 years in a supervisory role, experience in AR, good credit analysis and debt collection skills
