Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Finance
• Manage day to day accounting operations, as well as month/year-end closing process including the preparation of management accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with The Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers’ regulations and integrity of financial data
• Handle audit and tax related matters including the preparation of schedules
• Plan, manage and control working capital, cash flow and liquidity
• Actively participate in implementing broking application
• Ad hoc company secretarial and other matters

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related discipline, CPA qualified;
• Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years audit experience in Big 4;
• Insurance broking knowledge is an advantage;
• Self-starter, independent with good work ethics
• Pleasant, good business acumen, detailed-oriented, hands-on and strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in SUN G/L and Vision Reports with hands-on knowledge and data input experience is highly preferred
• Experience in Service industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Immediately available is preferred
