Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of fund set-up and overall daily responsibility for the fund relationship
  • Coordination with PM, PB, Middle Office, Custodian and/or other 3rd party providers
  • Managing the upload of trades, prices and corporate actions into accounting software daily, weekly and/or monthly
  • Identification of breaks and timely resolution with other parties
  • Daily, weekly and/or monthly accounting and reporting processes
  • Perform investor allocations and fee calculations
  • Review and release of daily, weekly or monthly NAV to investors
  • Timely response to PM or investor queries
  • Coordination of the annual tax and audit process and the preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Assist with Due Diligence questionnaire responses
  • Assist with portfolio conversions
  • Additional responsibilities include implementing policies, procedures and internal controls, ad hoc reporting and other administrative duties.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of audit experience, covering hedge funds with a Big 4 or Mid-Sized Public Accounting firm or 2+ years of operations experience in a financial services provider
  • 4+ years of hedge fund accounting experience, either within a hedge fund or at an administrator
  • CPA Certified or in the process of obtaining the certification
  • General exposure to varied asset types including Fixed Income, Equities, OTC Derivatives etc
  • Experience with a variety of fund structures and Private Equity would be a plus
  • Experience with Advent Geneva would be a plus.

  • Have fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin skills are an advantage.
