Job descriptions:

• Assist the Managing Editor to maintain the editorial schedule and ensure all tasks are on track
• Copy editing, formatting and proof reading articles to ensure accuracy and conforms to House style.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to Editorial Departments
• Liaising with clients and the editorial team, following up with freelancers, arranging appointments for the editorial team as and when required
• Data/ files management
• Attend press conferences
• Contributes to print and web projects as needed

Requirement :

• Recent University graduate with a degree in Language / Journalism / Marketing or related disciplines
• Good writing, proofreading skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking
• Well organized and attentive to detail, with good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Familiar with MS office applications
