RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Accounts Payable and General Ledger entries;
• Issue daily purchase orders for vendors and invoices for client;
• Prepare debit note and payment voucher;
• Prepare necessity various reports & analysis;
• Assist ad hoc accounting/administration duties.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• F7 or above with LCCI Intermediate level;
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in handling FULL SET of ACCOUNTS;
• Admin experience will be an advantage;
• Competency in PC software applications, in particular PEACHTREE, MS Word and Excel;
• Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, good communication skills;
• Able to work independent and under pressure;
• Good command of both English and Cantonese and decent Mandarin are expected;
• More experience will be considered as Accounts Officer.
