• Provide clerical/administrative support to the department
• Coordinate regular meetings and follow up meeting materials
• Work with frontline Managers to organize and follow up all administration work for shops
• Prepare sales report or related reports for management review

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above  
• 2 years' clerical experience
• Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
• With more experience may be considered as Officer
