Job Description
- Provide clerical/administrative support to the department
- Coordinate regular meetings and follow up meeting materials
- Work with frontline Managers to organize and follow up all administration work for shops
- Prepare sales report or related reports for management review
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 2 years' clerical experience
- Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
- With more experience may be considered as Officer
