Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling general office and administration supports including office admin, office supplies and equipment maintenance, document preparation.
  • Monitor operation of Library and update books record
  • Assist in IT support, maintenance and procurement of office equipment
  • To provide logistics support in events to ensure its smooth operation
  • Other Admin Project & ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Above
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, independent and well-organized with a positive attitude & pleasant personality
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
