Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle and coordinate sales administrative work including preparation of sales quotation, service agreement, renewal, orders, sales report and related issued

To handle inbound calls from customers such as enquiries and complaints

Responsible for all administration works and arrangements for subordinates

Coordinate with service team for project implementation

Handle ad-hoc job assigned by department head
Requirements:
- F.7 or above in any relevant disciplines, 2-3 years relevant working experience (knowledge about cleaning service industry is much preferable)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Good communication, coordination and organization skills

Self-motivated, well organized, hard-working and willing to learn

Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
