Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform all-round receptionist duties, including greet guests and visitors, handle phone calls, and daily courier arrangements
- Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative supports to the Director
- Perform administrative duties including stationery ordering, arrange repair and maintenance for office facilities and equipment etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above, minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in receptionist role and office administration
- Hands-on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Well-organized and good communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, responsible, efficient and self-motivated
- Multi-tasks, independent and mature with positive and helpful attitude
- Immediate available preferred
