Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Handling day-to-day operations of Agency Compensation:
- Basic commission for Individual Agents (Life, GI , EB and MPF)
- Calculating /Adjusting Overriding commission, Bonuses for Individual Agents, Broker and Staff
- MPF/ORSO Contribution
- Commission Payment and cheque requisition preparation
- Commission adjustment and transfer commission account balance for terminated agents
- Compensation Adjustment
2. Monitoring the tasks accuracy that are processed by other teammates:
- Car Loan
- Computer Loan
- Mortgage Loan Subsidy Payment and half-yearly review
- Income proof letter for IRD and agents
- Commission adjustment due to system limitation
3. Handling and ensuring the data accuracy of agents’ tax report and delivering to Inland Revenue Depart yearly
4. ISSOSNE (Share Option to Agency)
- Ensuring all the enrolment forms are correctly completed and submit finalized enrollment record to HR according to the schedule
- Arranging with HSBC for sharesave account opening and withdrawal.
- Ensuring the data accurately upload to the ACS and ISSOS record
- Handle the maturity applications and co-ordinate with HSBC and UK for processing the dealing
- Tax reporting
- Preparing the report to Finance and YBS (UK)
5. Preparing Monthly Finance Reports to Finance Department
Requirements:
1. University graduate preferable in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum 2 year experiences in various of agency administration function including:
- Agency Compensation
- Appeal Handling
- Agency Agreement and Related Agency Terms & Condition
3. Excellent PC software skills such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint
4. Good analytical skills
5. Good communication & presentation skills
