Job Description
Job functions:
- Lead the T&D team in planning and delivering the training programs in line with the company goals in staff development and competency enhancement initiatives
- Continuous assessment and improvement on existing training curriculum and programs to ensure the goals are achieved.
- Search and work with third party consultant to support the execution of training programs
- Work with line managers to identify specific training needs and to design and execute customized training programs
- Formulate and execute the staff development strategies in line with the group’s human resources policies
- Involve other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder with major in Training & Development, Human Resources, Education, or related disciplines
- Over 5 years solid experience in training and development functions in PRC manufacturing environment in MNC or Joint Venture, with minimum 3 years in managerial position.
- Experience in training needs investigation, design and deliver training programs is essential
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good command of Mandarin
- Station in Dongguan
