Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the top management in managing the HR and operational efficiency, participate on decision making, and develop HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures

• Lead the supporting team to deliver HR and administration services which include recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and office administration

• Analyze business demand and needs, work closely with various departments on manpower planning, and drive talent development initiatives

• Handle employee relations, grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters

• Be an executor and team player with other departments to translate the HR & Admin strategies into operational realities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in HRM with minimum 8 years working experience in media field is highly preferred

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Words, Excel, and experience in payroll software (HR21) is advantageous

• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, knowledge in PRC Labour Law is preferable

• Working experience in listed company is an advantage

• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Mature, good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and positive working attitude, with ability to submit regular reports to senior management
