Responsibilities:

• Strategizing, developing and conducting training plans or modules in order to ensure all participants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill sets
• Developing our makeup artist team to achieve better NARS artistry and the business objectives
• Participating in events and activities aiming at retaining customer loyalty, customer recruitment and building brand awareness

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional artistry qualification;
• At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in training and development of which minimum 5 years at supervisory level, previous exposure in makeup brands preferred;
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill is a must;
• Able to work independently, proactive, confident, positive mindset with strong dedication to result;
• Passionate in makeup and customer relationship development;
• Proficient in written and spoken both English and Chinese.
