Requirements:

- Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience supporting fast growing organizations as a business partner on management teams
- Staffing experience in a growing high tech environment required
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and exceptional consulting skills
- Must have the proven ability to lead/influence at all levels and a consistent track record of quickly producing quality results
- Successful track record in supporting fast growing high tech companies
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices in HK

Description/Qualifications:

Act as HR resource to HK employees for HR information, coaching, consulting, training, HR processes, staffing and all other HR related support.

- Partner with management team to plan and deliver HR programs
- Plan and implement learning and development programs
- Help resolve HR, interpersonal and communications issues and create an infrastructure to proactively address possible or recurring issues
- Oversee compensation and benefits
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support to employees and managers
- Partner with management team to create employee development programs and opportunities
- Partner with management team on performance management programs and issues
- Provide consulting to management on group dynamics and team effectiveness issues and solutions
- Work with management team to help create effective interpersonal and group communication vehicles & structures
- Ensure legal compliance in HR policies and practices
