Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supports to Boutique Management Team including stationary or printing matter ordering, photocopying, etc
• Monitor attendance and leave record of boutique staff, and roaster uploading
• Record monthly overtime records from boutique team and update compensation off record on monthly basis;
• Liaise with Retail Office in relation to monthly activities, and training arrangements
• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• At least 2 years retail administration experience with sound skills in handling multiple tasks
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, with strong internal customer service mind
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
