Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative supports to Boutique Management Team including stationary or printing matter ordering, photocopying, etc
- Monitor attendance and leave record of boutique staff, and roaster uploading
- Record monthly overtime records from boutique team and update compensation off record on monthly basis;
- Liaise with Retail Office in relation to monthly activities, and training arrangements
- Shift duty is required
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- At least 2 years retail administration experience with sound skills in handling multiple tasks
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, with strong internal customer service mind
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
