Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage Group’s property leasing and marketing activities
- Handle leasing enquiry and tenancy matters
- Assist in marketing research, budget planning and rental forecast
Requirement:
- Higher Dilpoma or above in Business or property related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years property leasing experience, preferably with developers
- Leasing experience in shopping mall preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
