Primary responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team to provide quality sales and technical support to clients
• Liaison with architects, consultants, contractors or end users on technical proposal and budgetary analysis
• Conduct pre-sales implementations to prove functional capabilities, including on-site visits and support as required
• Respond to, act on and follow up on general sales and technical sales enquiries
• Able to identify latest market trends and activities within the industry
• Support after-sales services and project management works

Requirements:

• Familiar with the construction and building industry in Asia
• Technical knowledge on flooring and installations would be an advantage
• Good IT skills and familiar with Auto-CAD or similar software's
• Experience in sales and technical sales
• Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese, and English
• Good phone manner
• Effective time management
• Flexible approach to work
• Willing to travel
• Post secondary educated
