Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges and HR strategy
  • Structure - Design - Build - Master high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the Business need
  • Steer the implementation of change management operations: ensure that Line Managers become autonomous and have the good HR postures by communicating, training them and guiding them through the HR processes, tools and systems
  • Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programmes are being correctly carried out around Group values
  • Contribute to employees' professional development, focusing more specially on high potentials and talents. Ensure the right resources are at the right jobs within the company
  • Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the company - Contribute to occupational health
  • Initiate, develop & implement HR strategies & policies for business
  • In charge of recruitment and training function to in line with company policies
  • Lead an office administration team to provide full spectrum of utilities & facilities support to company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years experience as HRBP / HR generalist in an MNC with expertise in recruitment, training & office administration
  • Solid knowledge in full spectrum of HR operations such as payroll, medical, MPF, C&B, etc
  • Experience in talent management and organizational development preferred
  • Strong business understanding and business partnering experience
  • Good people skills as to engage internal stakeholders
  • Familiar with HK Labour Law
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Flexibility on 5.5 working days (Alternate Saturdays)
  • Based in our Joint Venture Office in Fotan
