Responsibilities

• Report to Customer Service Manager
• Coordinating with certifiying organization
• Representing the management during certification and audits
• Updating and revising the QMS documents (ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations)
• Ensuring the complicance of service operations as per ISO 9001 standard
• Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings
• Communication to the top management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports
• Measuring & monitoring the process performance
• Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action
• Cretaing ISO / Quality awareness for the associates by internal promotions
• Review of Quality policy periodically
• Assist Customer Service Manager on service administration and customer follow up service
• Any other projects / duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Customer Service or related disciplines
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in sales administration or customer service field
• Training in ISO 9001 QMS
• Hands on experience in ISO 9001 standard
• Strong communication skills with different level of people
• Proficient in both spoken and wirtten Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Sound PC skills on MS Office
• Detail-minded, well-organised, critical and analytical thinking
• Initative, energetic, confident, accountable and able to work independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Executive
