Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department
- To prepare various accurate & timely reports to management
- Support operation so as to enhance department’s high efficiency
- Organize travel itineraries and organize different kinds of meetings and events
- Participates in ad hoc projects and performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in business administration
- With minimum 1 - 2 years administrative working experience in retail industry
- Well organized, positive, service-oriented and able to handle multi tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
