Job Description:
- Handle correspondence independently and proactively and provide secretarial support
- To coordinate with external and internal parties
- Organize, maintain and update office files and records
- Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or equivalent in all disciplines preferable
- 5 years or above prior work experiences in secretarial and administrative field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong in interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- Hard working, proactive, diligent and presentable
- Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 30 w.p.m.)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Secretaries
