Job Description

 The incumbent is responsible for servicing walk-in customer on Mobile Phone repairing and sales related matters.

Job responsibilities

  • To handle walk-in customer on Mobile Phone repairing and sales related matter
  • To assist customer trouble shooting
  • To collect and process customer feedback and follow up


 Requirements


  • F.5 or above;
  • At least 2 years related experience in Telecom or Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Fluent Cantonese and basic spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Calm, patient and be empathetic;
  • Good communication and listening skills;
  • Willing to work on roster from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holiday
  • Work location: Mongkok
