Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum of HR services for group companies, including staff recruitment services
• Developing and monitoring implementation of staff performance management process
• Developing and implementing human resource plans
• Managing contracts, recruitment of general staff, security, staff appraisal, cleaning services and varied insurances
• Coordinate requests for leave, attendance and check in/out times of employees
• To organize recruitment interview appointment, conduct orientation and other simple training for staffs members of group companies;
• To coordinate training programs and events and prepare training materials, after training assessment and user feedback report;
• To maintain and update HR information systems, records database and regular HR reports in an orderly and timely manner; and
• To perform other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid all round Human Resources functions, experience in Fashion industry is a plus
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related regulations
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Good communicator and team player with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is an advantage
