Job Responsibilities

• Develop your discipline servicing Candidate and Client relationships with a high degree of service excellence, creating premium experiences for them.
• Develop, Maintain and Build on your sector knowledge.
• Actively encourage new business within your market sector.
• Research the market using proactive candidate sourcing methods
• Conduct high level Business Development with clients
• Attend networking events
• Keep your market knowledge updated by regularly reading trade press, attending seminars, training sessions, networking events
• Visit Clients to develop relationships and understand their requirements inside out.

Requirements

• Academic background: Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Language proficiency: good command in English, Mandarin and Japanese.
• Over 2 year’s sales experience in Japanese Company or relevant field is preferred.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, Power-point and Japanese version.
• Character: out-going, high initiative native, keen on chatting with people, smart and energetic
• Stable, good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Ability to multi – task and sales minded
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
