Job duties:

• Provide administration and clerical support to sales team
• Process orders and coordinate with sales and operation team
• Prepare shipping document for local or export shipment
• Communicate with overseas office
• Assist warehouse operation (including good receiving and inventory) if needed
• Communicate and follow up orders with factories
• Maintain and update the ERP system
• Provide assistant for any ad hoc tasks as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word), and typing in English and Chinese
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Detail-minded, patient and self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to learn, initiative and considerate
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Basic shipping knowledge with will be and added bonus
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
