Job Description:

• Prepare purchase order and follow up order processing and delivery;

• Liaise with Sales team and Operation team in determining needs and timelines

• Responsible for material sourcing and vendor selection;

• Handle quotation comparison, analysis and price negotiation with vendors;

• Sourcing new products from existing and new suppliers

• Assists in keeping track & monitor inventory movement, stock take maybe required

• Maintain supplier relationship and quality control;

• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned by Department Head

Job Requirement:

• F.7 or Degree in Procurement or business related disciplines;

• Preferably with 3 years of experience in purchasing field;

• Familiar in PC and software such as MS office or equivalent;

• Proficiency in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Self-motivation, well-organized, efficient and demonstrable influencing and negotiation skills;

• Good interpersonal skills to work with suppliers and all levels of management;

• Hard-working, and positive attitude, willig to learn and able to work independent

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Procurement Officer

• Immediately available is highly preferred;
