• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to a group of Executives
• Follow up closely on Senior Executives’ daily schedule
• Coordinate meetings and provide greeting to visitors
• Prepare reports, minutes, agendas and presentation materials
• Handle incoming calls, travel arrangements and personal matters
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' secretarial experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Self-motivated, mature, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working location : Wong Chuk Hang
