Job Description

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including data input, filing, record keeping, document management and provide administrative support to the department
  • Provide executive and administration support for various meetings, training, programmes, activities and projects.
  • Assist in collection and analyzing management information, and preparing reports
  • Conduct surveys and analysis such as designing, editing and coding survey questionnaires
  • Manage hospital document control website
  • Perform any other duties as required

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s university degree or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in health care industry is a must
  • Familiar with MS Office applications & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
