Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data input, filing, record keeping, document management and provide administrative support to the department
- Provide executive and administration support for various meetings, training, programmes, activities and projects.
- Assist in collection and analyzing management information, and preparing reports
- Conduct surveys and analysis such as designing, editing and coding survey questionnaires
- Manage hospital document control website
- Perform any other duties as required
Requirements
- A bachelor’s university degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in health care industry is a must
- Familiar with MS Office applications & Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
