Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform all around the receptionist and administrative duties
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Arrange overseas and local courier
- Performing outdoor works occasionally
- Assist any ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- At last 1 year in customer service in airline or hotel experience is preferable.
- Good personal appearance included
- (Pleasant, polite, detail-minded, well-organized with excellent telephone manner)
- Fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications including
- (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate are also welcome
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri : 09:00 to 18:00
- Sat : 09:00 to 13:00
