Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing employee relations activities and communication programs
• Plan and execute corporate events and CSR programs
• Perform events management and related administrative tasks
• Responsible for maintaining strong relationship within the subsidiaries of the Group and external parties to promote Company image
• Coordinate and implement sustainability programs
• Assist in preparation of Newsletter
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Public Relations, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with exposure in retail industry
• With exposure in other HR functions or regional HR will be an advantage
• A good team player with effective interpersonal, presentation, planning & organizing, and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
