Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing employee relations activities and communication programs
- Plan and execute corporate events and CSR programs
- Perform events management and related administrative tasks
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationship within the subsidiaries of the Group and external parties to promote Company image
- Coordinate and implement sustainability programs
- Assist in preparation of Newsletter
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Public Relations, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with exposure in retail industry
- With exposure in other HR functions or regional HR will be an advantage
- A good team player with effective interpersonal, presentation, planning & organizing, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
