Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Account Manager
  • Assist in preparing presentation and sourcing.
  • Assist in project co-ordination with clients and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing clerical and administration works.
  • Candidate should willing to work overtime under pressure.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in sales & marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in paper products is an advantage
  • Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
  • Good skills in negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal relationship
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Willing to work during weekend and public holiday
