Job Description

 Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging individual to join a dynamic property investment company and be part of an efficient team driving forward international property sales for the company.

Working with an established small Human Resources team you will be responsible for the strategic and hands on end to end recruitment process. You will work alongside the directors on all elements of recruitment including, interviewing, training, coaching and promoting sound recruitment practices in line with company policies.

This is a new and autonomous role so you will already be an established recruitment/HR professional with exposure to high volume recruitment. You will understand recruitment best practice procedures and be able to hit the ground running, making a positive impact to the work and company.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Advertise all global vacancies both internally and externally
  • Co-ordinate all stages of the hiring process through to offer and close, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the candidate.
  • Work with the HR team on all Employment Visas/Pass Requirements.
  • Ensure time to hire, cost of hire and quality of hire is maintained and if possible, improved upon without sacrificing service to both operations and candidates
  • Keep up-to-date with innovative resourcing strategies, including Social Media 
  • Gain a clear understanding of your business line/s and ensure your knowledge is kept up to date. 
  • Stay abreast with latest developments within the Recruitment industry including reading articles and attending seminars
  • Travel to required offices and locations in order to carry out interviews and attend meetings when necessary
  • Organise and run assessment centers as well as provide an excellent impression of IP Global
  • Organise and run Induction workshops


Candidate Management

  • Source via various methods including pipeline, social media, head hunting, job boards and cv searching.
  • Identify candidates who match requirements from cv screening, telephone interview and face to face meetings.
  • Generate required ability tests and personality profiles at the appropriate stages, and interpret the results for the line manager to ensure the effective use of these during the recruitment stages 
  • Ascertain through telephone conversations and/or face to face meetings if candidates skills and behaviours fit our requirements
  • Control candidate throughout the hiring process to ensure talent acquisition process is the `best in class`
  • Pipeline suitable talent for future needs and maintain contact with them on monthly basis to ensure a quality talent pool exists
  • Keep up to date with changes in methodology of candidate attraction
  • Maintain contact with new starters within their first 12 months of joining and feedback any necessary information to ensure they have received the best induction possible
  • Work on gathering referrals and market intelligence from the new starters


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Mature and detail minded
  • High organizing ability and excellent communication skills
  • A minimum of two years’ face-to-face sales experience, preferably in either the real estate or financial services industries
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition
  • An engaging presenter
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A good eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical skillsAble to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team
  • Strong work ethic and able to work with integrity
  • Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
