Responsibilities :

• Support the Managing Director / Finance Director on a day to day basis
• To maintain personnel records and daily clerical work
• Handle full spectrum of office administration functions

Requirements :

• Secretarial training required
• 5 years related experience (e.g. visa application, housing, etc.)
• Experience in marketing (e.g. organize trade show and events, presentation materials, etc.)
• Must be fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Office and Photoshop
• Strong administrative skills, self-motivated, independent and be able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
• A highly organized and resourceful person with attention to details and appreciation for accuracy
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
