Responsibilities:

• Reporting to department manager
• Handling client’s trading and transactions independently
• Participate in trade negotiation to gain cost benefits through the buying and selling activities in the open market
• Able to making and review the trading contract, ensure the smooth execution of contracts
• Handle full set of international trade documents including L/C and shipping documents independently
• Develop and maintain good client relationship, co-ordinate with customers and orders follow-up

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 2 years experience in international trading. Experiences in bulk commodity trading will be an advantage
• Knowledge in international trading terms, chartering terms and legal contract
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and be tactful in dealing with overseas and mainland China suppliers/sellers
• Self-motivated, responsible and be able to work independently
• Excellent in both speaking and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional travel is required
