Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for a full spectrum of staffing function including recruitment & selection, new hire induction, employment visa application and expatriate contract management etc.
- Support other HR duties such as training & development, performance management and employee relations programs etc.
- Assist in ad-hot HR projects/ initiatives
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management / University graduate
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in full spectrum of HR function, garment buying office experience is preferable
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong & PRC labour law, regulations, policies and benefit systems
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
