Responsibilities:

• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Minimum 10 years of investment/asset management experience of which at least 5 years at senior executive management level in a financial investment institution.
• Relevant Individuals of Type 1-Dealing in Securities, Type 6-Advising on corporate finance , Type 9-Asset Management
• Regulated activities qualified with previous registration as Executive Officer or Responsible Officer is preferred.
• Solid understanding of investment processes as well as sound knowledge of the economy and opportunities.
• Familiar of investment fund business and regulatory compliance matters.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin a must
• Strong networking in HK and APAC, have banking knowledge will be an advantage.
