Responsibilities:

• To assist in regional strategic planning by analyzing business environment and organization structure
• To assist in developing initiatives for reinforcing administrative functions
• To closely work with Group Companies for implementing Corporate Projects
• To assist in Project Management by coordination, preparing relevant documentation and progress monitoring
• To compile reports for management review or presentation purpose
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in business planning as well as analyzing financial data will definitely be an advantage
• Mature, well-organized, willing to work under pressure
• Good team player with strong multi-tasking ability
• Good at MS Office and advance level in Excel and Powerpoint preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to communicate in Japanese or to possess Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Level N2 or above
