Job Description
- Reporting to the supervisor, the incumbent is responsible to prepare regular reports related to investment compliance, post-trade checking of daily transactions to ensure investment compliance, enforce investment compliance requirements to meet all the relevant legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines
- He/she is also required to perform duties related to trading accounts and respond to requests from counterparties and conduct KYC, to provide advice and support to the Fund Managers on resolving regulatory and investment compliance issues, to review existing workflow of preparation of reports, update and enhance investment compliance policies and to assist other assigned ad-hoc projects
- University graduates in Business, Finance or Risk Management with 3 years’ experience in Asset Management investment restriction function
- Familiar with the Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC, MPFA rules and regulations
- Sound knowledge of investment products and funds
- FRM / CFA Level I or above is preferred
- Knowledge in Bloomberg and VBA is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
