Job Description

JPMorgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

Job Responsibilities:

To support existing unit trust operation team, we are looking for full-time administrator to work with us in Mongkok office.

Handle client account opening and maintenance
Perform clerical duties such as data input and data verification for proper setup of client accounts
Process Unit Trust dealing orders per instruction
Responsible for tracking transfer of assets into client accounts
Prepare documents and handle incoming and outgoing mails
Participate and assist in marketing events and activities
Make ou-going service calls to clients to confirm event registrations
Assist team leader in project related activities

Qualifications:

University graduate with some work experience preferably in banking and finance operation (Fresh graduate will be considered)
An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
Not afraid of tedious and repetitive task with good detailed mind and data sensitivity
Interest in pursuing a career in banking operation
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work under a high volume transactional environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English (HKCEE or equivalent grade C or above / ILETS score 6.5 or above) and Chinese, preferably with good Mandarin speaking ability
